　　2.淬火和回火需要良好韧性的模具的淬火工艺规范:

　　加热温度1020 ~ 1050℃，油冷或风冷，硬度54 ~ 58 HRC要求模具淬火工艺规范以热硬度为主，加热温度1050 ~ 1080℃，油冷，硬度56 ~ 58 HRC。推荐回火温度:530 ~ 560℃，硬度48 ~ 52 HRC回火温度为560 ~ 580℃；硬度为47 ~ 49 HRC。
